Before actually handling the camera we had an entire lesson dedicated to learning how to use them and what kind of responsibilities we had while using them! the first one to definitely keep in mind is if it gets lost or broken in any way, everyone in that group is responsible for it, and there may be the chance of paying a big fine!!!! We learnt about the right way of inserting and taking out the memory card. Also we were shown different shot types and how we do them using the camera.
The tripod!! without it there would be no beautiful smooth shots!! So.. the tripod helps to have nice smooth pannings, steady shots of a scene and so on!
